Private Party Transfer fees are $35 per Firearm. Background checks are $25.00( if you do not have a CCW ) The transferee is also responsible for state tax fees that apply. Outgoing Transfers Outgoing transfers have a $45.00 fee per firearm plus shipping and boxing fees. You must have a signed FFL License of where you’re transferring the firearm. A $25 fee will be charged for anyone who fails the State background check.Shipping fees will be charged as well. if a firearm is not picked up within 30 days from delivery day to store then AGC GUNS will assume possession. All billing information, including the buyer’s name and BILLING address, should line up accurately as well.
