Incoming Transfers
Incoming Transfers transfer fees are $20 per firearm.
Private Party Transfer fees are $35 per Firearm.
Background checks are $25.00( if you do not have a CCW ) The transferee is also responsible for state tax fees that apply.
Outgoing Transfers
Outgoing transfers have a $45.00 fee per firearm plus shipping and boxing fees.
You must have a signed FFL License of where you’re transferring the firearm.

When transferring your firearm, you will be responsible for purchasing insurance with the shipping carrier to ensure your firearm from obtaining any damage during delivery.

All incoming firearms must be sent with an FFL License and must include an invoice or receipt for proper tax fees.
A $25 fee will be charged for anyone who fails the State background check.Shipping fees will be charged as well.
if a firearm is not picked up within 30 days from delivery day to store then AGC GUNS will assume possession.
AGC GUNS will NOT be liable for any damaged or missing items.AGC GUNS will NOT be liable for seller shipping to incorrect address.

Shipping and handling rates could vary based on the price of the item. Rates for auctions are based on the current bid price.

You must contact your FFL transfer dealer and have them send a copy of their license with your name, phone number, and what the item is to AGC GUNS.
BUYER IDENTITY POLICY: The actual transferee (person who will be retrieving the firearm from the receiving FFL) must be the same name associated with the user account. All billing information, including the buyer’s name and BILLING address, should line up accurately as well. We cannot make changes, and should we suspect a fraudulent purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order. This goes for both firearm and non-firearm products.

RESTRICTED STATE GUN & AMMUNITION LAWS: It is the buyer’s/your responsibility to confirm a firearm or Ammunition is legal to own in your state PRIOR to bidding or purchasing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! All additional shipping fees will be at the expense of the buyer as well.
