Private Party Transfer fees are $35 per Firearm. Background checks are $25.00( if you do not have a CCW ) The transferee is also responsible for state tax fees that apply. Outgoing Transfers Outgoing transfers have a $45.00 fee per firearm plus shipping and boxing fees. You must have a signed FFL License of where you’re transferring the firearm. A $25 fee will be charged for anyone who fails the State background check.Shipping fees will be charged as well. if a firearm is not picked up within 30 days from delivery day to store then AGC GUNS will assume possession.
